Since 1997, Olive Fives has worked as a facilitator and executive educator, lecturing at Copenhagen Business School (Exec MBA programme) and on the Henley MBA.

She has designed and delivered facilitated sessions and leadership programs for over fifty clients in Ireland , Europe and India . She also works as a coach to teams and individuals .

Olive Fives holds an MBA from University of Limerick in Ireland and continues to research organisations, leadership and personal development. She is currently working towards a PhD at University College Cork (IRL), and her research topic is Organisational Energy.

Prior to her work as a management and organisational development consultant she worked in a range of sectors including food manufacturing, health, retail & NGO sectors, the longest period of which was spent working for Marks & Spencer in Ireland, UK and Europe (over 9 years).
